For over 20 years, Lisa has partnered with leaders to turn friction into flow.
Lisa helps organizations and teams communicate better, strengthen accountability, and bring new possibilities to life. She is an advisor, mentor and coach helping leaders and organizations unleash the brilliance of their people and the potential in their organization as they lead business transformation.
Lisa has extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide change programs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. She been leading transformations for over 20 years, making change happen in service led industries like banking, government, media, telecommunications and healthcare as well as asset-intensive organizations in the mining, oil and gas, utilities, logistics, transport and infrastructure sectors. She brings deep expertise in business transformation, strategic and operational planning, enterprise operating model redesign and transitions required as a result of mergers, acquisitions, new organizational structures or digital, autonomous, robotic or AI driven change.
Lisa brings international and community oriented experience and has led business transformation efforts in both urban and rural/remote locations in Canada, Australia, Africa and Asia with some of the largest and most respected organizations.
